Rising Tide Society | STL Themed Shoot

We had the benefit of joining an amazing group of creatives in a styled shoot two weekends ago. We got to stroll around Ballpark Village, hang out by the pool and experience Three Sixty rooftop bar ... all places we've never really gotten to explore! On top of that, we got to work with these four amazing models for the day! And I thought last year's styled shoot was fun and full of style! But this year just feels so St. Louis! :)

Take a look! We'd love to go and do more pictures by the Ballpark!

Welcome to Ballpark Village! If you haven't been, go! And be sure to wear some super awesome STL and Cardinals gear from Arch Apparel like our models are! I just love their looks, with the reds and blues popping. There was actually a Cardinals game happening during the shoot, which made the experience that much more authentic!

This is Lauren and her real-life boyfriend Scott. (You'll see the importance of that and why he was so willing to come later!) They are actually from the Chicago area, but Lauren often makes the trip to St. Louis for work, and gets to do some modeling while she's here! :)

Meet Ferrin and Michael! Ferrin is an actress and model and Michael had actually just done a crazy triathlon earlier in the day before this session. How he wasn't completely exhausted is beyond me!

After our 5Ks, I'm done for the day! :)

Selfie time! I love this because it was totally them who decided to do this!

This is why we always have our cameras ready! :)

This is one of my favorite combo images from the session!

The models and the photographers ... each doing their thing!

Quintessential St. Louis ... walking down Ballpark Village, Busch stadium off to the side,

Cardinals kickin' butt, drinking a beer. A wonderful Sunday in St. Louis! :)

Part of our session included a surprise "proposal" between Lauren and Scott! To prepare, Scott showed Ferrin and Michael a beautifully calligraphed sign asking "Will you marry me?"

So Scott got down on one knee and proposed! It was an amazingly beautiful moment, even if it was staged. We even borrowed one of the other photographers real rings to set the stage!

Everyone around Ballpark Village started cheering. It was so sweet!

After the faux proposal, Lauren showed off her stunning "new" ring to their friends. I just love how wonderfully the whole group did in staging every aspect of this proposal, from their surprise to their excitement. Just wonderful! I also love how excited Lauren is!

After the first round of hair and makeup, it's time for a style change! The group is going from St. Louis Cardinals sheik to fine night on the town to celebrate! The wonderful Alyssa helps get Farrin's style ready.

While waiting to go up to Three Sixty, Lauren and Scott hung out by the pool at Hilton at the Ballpark in their fancy second round of clothes from Paperdolls Boutique.

I really love these portraits of Ferrin and Michael. Fern looks lovely and Michael looks so dapper!

We ended our night at Three Sixty, the rooftop bar at the Hilton.

The group toasted with some "bubbly," with the stunning Arch in the background!

Such a lovely portrait of Lauren. She looks so happy!

Another great one! Ferrin and Michael are back in their STL garb for a few pictures!

I love how happy Farrin looks here, too!

To finish the night, the couple were treated to a beautiful cake from The Lace Cake. Lauren and Scott cut the first piece, and then the amazing Vanessa took over. We got a piece of it, and it was delicious! :)

Thank you so much to everyone involved who made this an amazing day!
