Snibo's Sports Bar in St. Peters hosted their first Chili Cook-Off at the end of January. Chili, the perfect cold-weather food, was on display with about a dozen entries. Snibo's regulars brought their delicious recipes and a group of five committed to the difficult task of judging. Owner Leslie and Tom Schnaible invited us out to document the event. We got to meet the talented bartenders and friendly guests and enjoy the ambiance.
